Selection Procedure: Merit-based selection through document verification and skill/written tests. The weightage of marks for educational qualifications, experience, and skill tests varies by post category.

- Divyangjan/SC/ST/Women: ₹100 (salary ≤₹25,000) / ₹200 (salary >₹25,000)
- OBC: ₹200 (salary ≤₹25,000) / ₹300 (salary >₹25,000)
- Unreserved (General): ₹300 (salary ≤₹25,000) / ₹400 (salary >₹25,000)
Fee must be paid via Demand Draft in favour of "Jila Swasthya Samiti, Raipur".
How to Attend the Walk-in Process
Candidates who wish to apply for the CMHO Raipur NHM Recruitment 2026 must attend the walk-in process in person on the scheduled date for their post. There is no online application.
- Download Application Form: Download the prescribed application form from the official Raipur district website (raipur.gov.in).
- Fill the Form: Fill in all details correctly, attach a self-attested passport-size photograph, and sign the declaration.
- Attach Documents: Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents (educational certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates, council registration, resident certificate, caste certificate, etc.).
- Prepare Demand Draft: Obtain a Demand Draft for the applicable application fee in favour of "Jila Swasthya Samiti, Raipur". Mention the DD number, date, and amount in the application form.
- Report to Venue: On the scheduled date for your post, report to the designated venue by 9:00 AM with the filled application, DD, and all original documents along with one set of self-attested copies.
- Process: Complete registration, document verification, and the written/skill exam as per the daily time schedule.
Note: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application and a separate DD for each post on the respective scheduled dates.

Key Instructions for Candidates
- Local Residency: A local resident certificate of Chhattisgarh is mandatory for eligibility.
