Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential: 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent (from a recognized board/institution).
- Important: Candidates must possess the minimum educational qualification as of the date of notification. Candidates appearing for final exams or awaiting results are not eligible.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Age Cut-off Date: Calculated as of 01-01-2026.
- Age Relaxation: No age relaxation (upper or lower) is permissible for any category (SC/ST/OBC, etc.) for sports quota recruitment as per RWF norms.
Sports Eligibility
Candidates must possess recognized sports achievements as per the prescribed norms. Only those achievements supported by self-attested certificates enclosed with the application will be considered.
Selection Process
Since this is a Sports Quota recruitment, there is no written examination. The selection will be based on the following stages:
- Document Verification: Scrutiny of educational, sports, and identity proofs.
- Practical Demonstration / Field Trials: Assessment of sports skills and achievements.

General Instructions
- Original Documents: Candidates must produce original certificates (educational, sports, ID) on the day of trials. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification.
- Rail Travel Concession: SC/ST candidates are eligible for free rail travel on production of a self-attested photocopy of their caste certificate.
