4. Qualification and Experience : Qualification:

a) Masters Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry or Biotechnology or a related subject.

b) A doctorate degree (PhD) in the area of biological/life sciences of a recognized university

5 . Experience: Proven hands-on lab work experience as related to the job profile in the generation of high throughput genomics and transcriptomics data and in relevant experimentation including Sanger sequencing NGS/Microarray/Transcriptomics for at least two years (including a period of PhD) supported by publications and work experience documentation. Should have at least one first author/joint first author/corresponding author publication in a peer-reviewed journal.

6 .Work experience: one year experience post PhD in the field (This is in addition to experience of 2 years during the period of PhD).
