Educational Qualification: Assistant Professor (Police Administration): Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Police Administration/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university with having National Eligibility Test (NET) and / or PhD in the relevant area. (NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.)
Subject Matter Specialist : Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University with at least 20 Years of Professional experience in any of the Police/Security organizations.
Teaching and Research Associate: Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Police Administration/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university with having National Eligibility Test (NET) and / or PhD in the relevant area. (NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.)
Training and Field Officer: Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University with at least 15 Years of Professional experience in any of the Police organizations.
Junior Research and Administrative Officer: Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
