ICMR-RMRC, N.E.Region, intends to engage following non-Institutional project human resource positions purely on temporary contract basis for its short-term research projects being undertaken by the Centre.

1. Post Name: Project Scientist- B (Non-Medical)

2. No. of Post: 01

3. Essential qualifications: 1st Class Master's Degree in any of the subjects of Life Sciences /Epidemiology/ Public Health with 2 years research experience in the relevant field. or 1st class M. Tech degree in Biotechnology Bioengineering from a recognized university with 2 years research experience in the relevant field. or 2nd Class Master's Degree in any of the subjects of Life Sciences / Epidemiology/ Public Health/ Biotechnology/ Bioengineering with Ph.D in any of the subjects of Life Sciences /Epidemiology/ Public Health/ Biotechnology Bioengineering from a recognized university.

4. Desirable Qualification: Ph.D Degree in from a recognized university in any of the subjects of Life Sciences. Experiences in Project Management / Malaria related lab or field experience. Proficiency in scientific writing. Good quality publications in peer reviewed journals.

5. Consolidated Emoluments per month: Rs. 48,000/-+ HRA

4. Desirable Qualification: Ph.D Degree from a recognized university in Statistics/ Biostatistics/ Data Science/ Epidemiology /Public Health Experience in project data management and analysis, modeling exercise/ biostatistics/ public health-related work. Knowledge in Programing Languages and experience in coding. Experiences in Malarial vector borne disease related work. Publications in peer reviewed journals.

4. Desirable Qualification: Ph.D Degree in the relevant subjects as mentioned above Field related work experience, malaria related work experience and project management experience

3. Essential qualifications: 12th pass in science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or 12h pass in science subjects with One year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or 12th pass in science subjects with two years field laboratory experience B.Sc.in Zoology/ Botany/ Life Sciences or B Tech in Biotechnology degree shall be treated as 3 years experience

4. Desirable Qualification: Experience in malarial mosquito-related work, Field or Hospital-based work.

3. Essential qualifications: High School" or Equivalent with five years' experience in science related work from a Government institution or recognized institute or High School" with one year certificate in Medical Laboratory technology Intermediate with science subjects and B.Sc. shall be treated as equivalent to 2 and 3 years experience respectively.

4. Desirable Qualification: Experience in malarial mosquito related work, field or hospital based work.
