Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Senior Manager (Mech.) – Bulk Material Handling Expert:
- Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Technology in Mechanical, Production, Production & Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Railways, Mechatronics & Automobile or any of the above combinations (in part or whole).
- Experience: Minimum 06 years' experience in designing and optimizing bulk material handling systems.
- Upper Age Limit: 40 years as on 2 November 2026.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC-NCL – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years.
Other Conditions: Selected candidates shall be liable for posting anywhere in India as per Company requirements. Medical fitness as per RITES Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness is mandatory.
Pay Structure & Terms of Engagement
- Basic Pay and Dearness Allowance (DA)
- Fixed/Variable Allowances @ 23% of Basic Pay
- HRA / Lease Rent
- Contribution to Provident Fund
- Gratuity as per Payment of Gratuity Act
- Appointment is purely on contract basis, initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment.

- Stage 1 – Written Test: 125 objective-type questions, each carrying one mark. Total duration: 2.5 hours (150 minutes).
- Stage 2 – Interview: Candidates qualifying the written test will be called for interview.
- Final Weightage: Written Test – 60%, Interview – 40%.
- PwBD Accommodation: Candidates belonging to PwBD category are eligible for compensatory time of 50 minutes in the written test.
No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the written test or interview.
