• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls, or B.Tech Electrical Engineering from IIT; or M.Sc. in Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Instrumentation from a Government recognized Institution/University with minimum 55% marks.

Project Scientific Assistant (A) – Electronics (6 posts)

• Qualification: Diploma in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electronics and Telecommunication or allied discipline from a Government recognized Institution/Board with minimum 55% marks.

Other Conditions

• All appointments are purely contractual and project-specific.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection of candidates for SAMEER Recruitment 2026 (Advt No. 11/2026) will be conducted in the following stages:

1. Screening: Candidates are screened based on minimum academic qualification (minimum 55% marks).
2. Written Test: Online CBT or in-person written test with qualifying marks of 50%.
3. Skill Test/Interaction: Applicable for Project Scientific Assistant and Project Technical Assistant posts.
4. Interview: Online interview or in-person interview. Candidates are ordinarily shortlisted in a ratio of 1:6 from the written test.

Important: No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the Written Test, Skill Test, Online Interview, or In-Person Interview.

Pay and Terms of Engagement
