Recruitment for the post of CEO/Incubation Manager under TBI
1. Name of the Post: CEO/Incubation Manager
2. Location of the job is SVNIT campus, Surat, Gujarat, India, and familiarity of the applicant with the city and surroundings will be preferred. Above posts are purely contractual, and will initially be offered for a period of 11 months extendable further based on their satisfactory performance as per the clause of the project. Contract can be terminated with One month notice from either side.
3. Eligibility Criteria:
a) CEO: The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Science. Applicant having an additional degree of MBA would be given due preference. The applicant must have minimum 8 years of overall work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in running an incubation centre.
b) Incubation Manager: The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Science. Applicant having an additional degree of MBA would be given due preference. The applicant must have minimum 4 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in running an incubation centre or own registered start-up.
4. Remuneration:
a) CEO: Depending on qualification/experience, selected candidate will be receiving remuneration in the range of Rs. 1.3 to 1.5 Lakh per month (all inclusive).
b) Incubation Manager: Depending on qualification/experience, selected candidate will be receiving remuneration in the range of Rs. 50,000 to 70,000/- per month (all inclusive).

Selection Procedure
1. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated by e-mail latest by 22/03/2022.
2. The interviews will be conducted tentatively on 29/03/2022.

3. Mere fulfilment of minimum qualification and experience required does not entitle a candidate to be called for an interview. Short-listing criteria adopted by ASHINE will be final and binding to all the applicants and no interim queries will be entertained in this regard.
4. Canvassing in any form or bringing outside influence will disqualify the candidate for being considered for the position.

The Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat was popularly known as National Institute of Technology, Surat, NIT Surat or SVNIT, is an engineering institute of higher education established by the Parliament of India in 1961.
