Educational Qualification: BCA, B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E, Diploma, 12TH, M.A, M.E/M.Tech, MCA, Retired Staff

Applications are invited from eligible individuals for filling up following vacant posts in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad — 500 052, purely on outsourcing basis for a period of one year or till filling up the post on regular basis, whichever is earlier.

1. Post Name: Assistant Director (Scientific Aids)

2. No of Post: 01

3. Pay/ Remuneration:

(i)Pay for personnel retired from Government Service: Pay will be fixed at their last pay drawn minus pension before commutation, plus Transport allowance shall be allowed not exceeding the rate applicable to the appointee at the time of retirement. No dearness allowance shall be allowed during the term of the contract. (ii) Pay for other than retired personnel will be Rs.116398 p.m. The remuneration fixed will not be changed.

4. Essential:

(I)For officers retired from Central / State Government. after holding :

(a)(i) Analogous posts on regular basis or (ii)With 05 years regular service in Level-10 in the Pay Matrix. Essential Five years work experience in any of the Central/State Forensic Laboratories. Desirable: Ph.D in Forensic Science/ Physics/Chemistry/ Zoology/ Biochemistry/ Botany/ Molecular Biology.

(II) For other than retired officers: Candidates possessing the following educational qualifications and experience :

i)M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry / Forensic Science/ Zoology / Botany / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii)Five years experience in analytical methods including three years experience of working in a Forensic Science Laboratory.. Desirable: Ph.D. in the relevant subjects as indicated above.

4. Essential:

12th class pass or equivalent from a Govemment recognized Board or university; And (ii) Skill test norms: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80wpm; Transcription: 50 minutes (English) on computer. Desirable: i. One year working experience as Stenographer

ii Pay for other than retired personnel will be Rs.60,828 /- p.m. The remuneration fixed will not be changed.

4. Essential:

(i) Master's degree of a Govt University or Govt recognised University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. OR

(ii) Master's degree of a Govt University or Govt recognised University in English, with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. OR

(iii) Master's degree of a Govt University or Govt recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR

(iv) Master's degree of a Govt University or Govt recognised University in any subject other than Ilindi or English with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR

(v) Master's degree of a Govt University or Govt recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English , with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level

(i)Pay for personnel retired from Government Service: Pay will be fixed at their last pay drawn minus pension before commutation, plus Transport allowance shall be allowed not exceeding the rate applicable to the appointee at the time of retirement. No dearness allowance shall be allowed during the term of the contract. (ii) Pay for other than retired personnel will be Rs.93330 /- p.m. The remuneration fixed will not be changed.

4. Essential:

(i)Offcers retired from Central Government or State 1 Government after holding,-

(i) analogous post on a regular basis ; or (ii)04 years regular service in Level-8 in the Pay Matrix in the job profile similar to Web Administrator, or (iii) 6 years regular service in Level-7 in the Pay Matrix in the job profile similar to Web Administrator; or (iv)lO years regular service in Level-6 in the Pay Matrix in the job profile similar to Web Administrator. Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a recognized University;

5. Experience for both categories 03 years experience in design, development and maintaining the website, coding programmes for software packages in Dot Net and Java Technologies or with latest technologies. Writing script and maintaining SQL/OracIe/SQL database systems along with experience of Network and Server management.

6. Desirable: (i)VaIid certificate similar to certified Web Administrator Associate(CWAA) (ii)Experience in vulnerability testing and application securit auditing

No dearness allowance shall be allowed during the term of the contract. (ii) Pay for other than retired personnel will be Rs.75658 /- p.m. The remuneration fixed will not be chan ed.

4. Essential:

(I)For officers retired from the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or Recognised Research Institutes after holding: (a)(i) analogous posts on regular basis ; or (ii) with 05 years regular service in Level-6 in the Pay Matrix ( Rs.35,400 — I, 12,400/- or equivalent; and

(b)possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: (i) Master's Degree in Hindi from a Govt. recognised University with English as a subject at the degree level.

(ii) Five years teaching experience in Hindi at senior secondary level in a School / College / Department Institution of Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous or Statutory Or isation or Public Sector Undertakin or University or Recognised Research Institution.

(II) For other than retired officers: possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: (i) Master's Degree in Hindi from a Govt. recognised University with English as a subject at the degree level.

(ii) Five years teaching experience in Hindi at senior secondary level in a School / College / Department Institution of Central Government or State Government or Union lerritories or Autonomous or Statutory Organisation or Public Sector Undertakings or University or Recognised Research Institution.

No deamess allowance shall be allowed during the term of the contract. (ii) Pay for other than retired will be personnel Rs.116398 /- p.m. The remuneration fixed will not be changed.

4. Essential:

(I)Officers retired from under the Central/State Governments after holding:- (i) analogous post on regular basis or (ii) 05 years regular service in Level-9 ( Rs. 56,100- 1,77,500/-) of the Pay Matrix in the Job Profile similar to System Administrator or (iii) 10 years regular service in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix in the job profile similar to System Administrator.

(II) For other than retired officers: Qualification: BE or B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology from a recognized University or Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University

5. Work Experience for both Essentials: (i) Five years of working experience in IT industry with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field of cyber security in a reputed large scale enterprise. (ii) Any certification pertaining to the field of Cyber security.
