Educational Qualification: For Young Candidates: i) Candidates should be graduates with computer knowledge, but qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be preferred. ii) Age should be between 21-45 years at the time of appointment. iii) The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisor will be 65 years. For Retired Bank Employees: i) Retired Officer (Voluntarily Retired) of any PSU Bank up to the rank of Chief Manager. ii) Retired Clerk and Bank of Baroda equivalent passed JAIIB with a good track record. iii) All retired bank employee applicants should have at least 3 years of rural banking experience. iv) The maximum age for continuation of BC Supervisors will be 65 years.
Pay Scale: INR 15000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 65 Years.
