Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Additional Legal Counsel: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university and Bar Council enrolment. Preference given to candidates with experience in handling cases in Government Offices under various Rules, Acts and Regulations, and knowledge of Cantonment Laws/Defence land cases within Cantonment area.
- Full time Legal Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university and Bar Council enrolment with at least 5 years experience of working independently and handling cases of government organizations.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications and supporting documents followed by an interview. No written examination is currently specified. No Travel Allowance (TA)/Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.
