Skills / Eligibility
Applications are invited in the prescribed format, available on University website, from candidates for one temporary position on academic arrangement basis in the School of Biotechnology for of the academic session 2021-22 & 2022-23(1st Semester). 1. Post Name: Assistant Professor (Bioinformatics) 2. No. of Post: 01 3. Consolidated wages: Rs. 45000/- per month for Ph.D. and Rs. 35000/- per month for masters candidates. (Fixed) 4. Essential Qualification: High second class (55 % marks) Post graduate degree in Bioinformatics 5. Desirable qualification: NET/SET/Ph.D. in concerned subject & Teaching/ Research experience in Bioinformatics/Computation al Biology as evident from documents /publications
Pay Scale: INR 35000 - 45000(Per Month)
Age Limit: Candidate age limit should not be less than 20 years and not more than 55 years as on 01-01-2022

The application form complete in all respects along with attested copies of the certificates and accompanied with postal order of Rs 300/- drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, Faculty of Agriculture payable at Chatha should reach the office of the Coordinator, School of Biotechnology, SKUAST-J , Main Campus Chatha, Jammu180009 (J&K) on or before 18.01.2022, upto 5 P.M.
2. The mode of interview shall be Online/offline, the time slot and interview ID will be provide to the eligible candidates on the schedule date & time through E-mail.
