Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Age must be below 35 years as on the last date of receiving applications. Age relaxation is permissible for deserving candidates as per rules.

• Administrative Executive: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess strong financial expertise, Tally/ERP accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Excel, data management, and MIS reporting.
• Marketing & Project Coordinator: MBA in Marketing / Business Development / Communications or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have skills in business development, startup ecosystem engagement, digital marketing, social media management, and AI-enabled communication.

Relevant experience counts only from the date of obtaining the minimum essential qualification.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Screening: A Screening Committee reviews applications based on qualifications, age, academic record, and relevant experience.
2. Personal Interview: Screened-in candidates are called for an interview before a Selection Committee on the scheduled date and time.
3. Merit Recommendation: The Selection Committee recommends candidates in order of merit for appointment.

Service Conditions

• The contract runs for a period of 3 years or until the co-termination of AIC STPI Bengaluru, whichever is earlier.
• Renewal is subject to performance and extension of the project tenure.
• Reporting to CEO / STPI Jurisdictional Director as decided by STPI.
• Work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (can be changed by mutual agreement).

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (B.Com/M.Com/MBA or equivalent)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (2-3 years relevant experience)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
