Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Part-Time Dental Surgeon
- Essential Qualification: BDS with minimum 3 years experience OR Post Graduate Degree (MDS) in Dental Surgery from a recognized university.
- Registration: Permanent registration with Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Dental Council is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience required for BDS candidates. MDS candidates may be exempted from experience requirement as per rules.
- Desirable: Refer to official notification.
Age Limit
- General Candidates: Maximum 53 years (as on 05.12.2025).
- Retired Railway/Govt. Doctors: Relaxable up to 65 years.
Salary/Stipend
- Fixed monthly remuneration of ₹36,900/-.
- No other allowances (DA, HRA, etc.) are admissible.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview and merit list prepared as per the following criteria (Total 100 marks):
- Academic Qualification (BDS %): 60 marks
- Higher Qualification (MDS): 10 marks
- Experience: 10 marks
- Personal Interview: 20 marks (including service record)
How to Apply
Candidates must attend the Walk-in Interview at the designated venue with all required documents.
- Reach the venue on 06 January 2026 between 10:30 AM to 12:00 Noon for registration.
- Bring the following documents (Original + 1 set of attested photocopies):
- Filled Application Form (Annexure-A from notification)
- 2 Recent Passport size photographs
- Date of Birth proof
- BDS / MDS Degree & Mark sheets
- DCI / State Dental Council Registration Certificate
- Experience Certificate (mandatory for BDS candidates)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Service Certificate & Pension details (for retired doctors)
- Aadhaar Card & PAN Card

Important Notes
- Appointment is purely on contract basis for 1 year (extendable).
