Educational Qualification:
Mining Sirdar: Candidates should have Valid Certificates of Mining Sirdarship, First Aid & Gas Testing. 3 Years of experience working in Underground Mines.

Junior Overman: Candidates should have Diploma in Mining Engineering of 03 years duration from recognised Institute, valid Gas Testing Certificate, and valid First Aid Certificate. 01 Year post diploma, practical trainee in coal mines.
