Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Principal Consultant – Decadal Vision & Strategy: Post Graduate / MBA / equivalent qualification with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, policy formulation, and space sector roadmap development. Extensive professional experience in a senior capacity is required.
• Senior Consultant – Office of the Chairman: Post Graduate qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with substantial experience in organizational administration, executive support, and governance at senior levels.
• Senior Consultant – Public Relations & Media: Post Graduate qualification in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related disciplines with significant experience in media strategy, public communications, and government PR operations.
• Senior Consultant – Legal Directorate: Post Graduate degree in Law (LL.M.) or equivalent with extensive experience in legal advisory, regulatory affairs, policy drafting, and compliance in government or public sector organizations.
• Technical Assistant – Technical Directorate (02 Posts): B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engineering) or equivalent qualification with relevant technical experience in space systems, engineering, or related technical domains.
• Junior Consultant – Technical Directorate: Post Graduate qualification in Science, Engineering, or Management with relevant experience in technical domains, space activities, or project management.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Screening: Applications will be scrutinized against the essential and desirable qualifications specified for each post. Candidates shortlisted based on academic merit and relevant professional experience may be called for an interview or selection discussion.
• Interview / Selection Discussion: Shortlisted candidates may be required to appear for an interview or an online selection discussion as determined by IN-SPACe.
• Document Verification: Original documents and copies of all certificates will be verified at the time of selection / engagement.
• No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Dearness Allowance will be paid to candidates for attending any interview or selection process.
• Engagement Basis: Selection is strictly on a contractual basis for a period up to 2 years, extendable by 1 year at a time up to a maximum tenure of 5 years, subject to satisfactory performance and functional requirements.

1. Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
2. All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets for relevant qualifications
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV) with complete academic and professional profile
4. Experience Certificates on official letterhead (if applicable as per post requirements)
5. Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
6. Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
7. Self-declaration regarding engagement terms and contract conditions
