- Qualification: Retired Central Government employees from Non-S&T Group B posts at ASO Level (Level 6).
- Experience: Must have retired from Central Government Ministries or Departments with experience in Government bodies.
- Age Limit: Not more than 63 years of age as on the last date of receipt of application (10 November 2026).
