• Head Analytics & AI: M.E./B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science or MCA from a reputed university. Minimum 20 years of experience including at least 5 years in the banking domain with expertise in advanced analytical models, model validation and fine-tuning. Key skills include AI/ML, predictive analytics, generative AI, data lakes, SQL, vector databases, RAG systems, Python, R, SAS Viya and IBM CP4D.
• IT Infrastructure — Lead Systems/Servers: M.E./B.E. in Computer Science or IT, MCA or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including 5 years as Lead System/Server Administrator. Skills in VMware, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Windows Server, Linux, cloud computing and IT infrastructure management.

Selection Process
