Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- For Project Associate-I (Entomology):
- Essential: Master’s degree in Life Science with specialization in Entomology/Agricultural Entomology/Zoology from a recognized university.
- Desirable: Research experience in Tea Entomology, knowledge of AI/Machine Learning, insect collection, laboratory rearing, molecular biology, and advanced statistical software.
- For Project Associate-I (Plant Pathology):
- Essential: Master’s degree in Life Science/Botany/Agriculture with Plant Pathology or Mycology/Microbiology from a recognized university.
- Desirable: Research experience in Tea Disease management, AI/Machine Learning, disease monitoring, sample collection, and molecular biology.
2. Age Limit & Relaxation
- Maximum Age: 35 Years.
- Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable as per DST (Department of Science & Technology) guidelines for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
3. Mandatory Requirements
- Ability to conduct field trials and laboratory bioassays.
- Skills in data compilation, statistical analysis, and writing independent research papers.
Selection Process
