Educational Qualification: Assistant Hydrometeorologist: Master Degree in Meteorology or Physics or Mathematics or Applied Physics.
Assistant Chemist : Must hold M.Sc., Degree in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or a Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology.
Assistant Geophysicist: Must possess a Master’s Degree in Geophysics
Assistant Hydrologist : Must hold a Degree in Civil Engineering with Geology as one of the subjects or must have passed section A&B of the A.M.I.E.(India) Examination conducted by Institution of Engineers (India)
