Sub: Filling up of the post of Advisor in TRAI HQ, New Delhi on deputation on foreign service terms: Extension of last date or receipt of applications — Reg.

1. Post Name: Advisor

2. Pay Level/ Scale of Pay: Pay Level-14 Rs.144200 - 218200 in Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC allowances such as DA HRA etc. as per Govt. Rules. [Pre-revised PB-4, Rs. 37400-67000+ GP Rs. 10000]

3. Eligibility criteria: Officers of the Government, Central Public Undertakings Central Sector Statutory Bodies:-

(i) Holding equivalent post on regular basis OR

(ii) Officers in Selection Grade with four years of regular service in that grade OR

(iii) Group 'A' Officers having seventeen years of regular service in Group 'A' of which at least four years regular service shall be in the Selection Grade.

4. Essential Qualification A Degree in Electronic Engg. and / or Telecommunications Engineering from a recognized University and possessing requisite experience in the telecommunication field.

5. The appointment will be made on deputation on foreign service terms and will be governed by the instructions issued by the DoP%Trg. OM No. 6/8/2009- Estt. (Pay II) dated 17th June, 2010, as amended from time to time.
