- B.Sc. (Nursing) from a recognized university
- Nursing 'A' Certificate with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Nursing Assistant Class III & above from Armed Forces
Technician (12 Posts)
- B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized university
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience
Field Worker (3 Posts)
- Standard 10th Pass with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Standard 12th Pass with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- DMLT with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
