Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
- Computer Knowledge: Working knowledge of computers and relevant HR software.
- Essential Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & Recruitment, Personnel matters, and outsourcing of manpower.
- Domain Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of UGC & Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) Regulations, DoPT guidelines/instructions, CCS Rules, Government of India reservation policies and service jurisprudence.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HRMS, e-Office, and digital recruitment platforms.
- Preferred Qualification: Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Labour Laws or related discipline.
- Preferred Experience: Retired Senior Officer / Officer (equivalent and above level posts) of Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous/Statutory Bodies in the domain of HR & Recruitment.
- Citizenship: Candidates must be citizens of India.
