Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Project Officer
- Essential Qualification:
- Must possess a Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) as per Notification No.F.23(8)-GA(P&T)/2023 dated 7th July, 2023.
- Master's Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry/Biotechnology/Fisheries/Botany/Zoology/Physiology/Veterinary Science/Biochemistry.
- Experience: Minimum 02 (Two) years of experience in the respective field.
- Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
Age Limit
Minimum age: 18 years. Maximum age: 40 years as on 07.01.2026.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST/SC/Person with Disabilities/Government servant candidates. Govt. Employees belonging to ST/SC/PwD category shall not get this relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5 years available to them.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of two successive stages:
- Written Examination: 170 marks (MCQ based), Duration: 3 hours.
- Viva Voce: 30 marks (includes 5 marks for desirable qualification).
