ICFRE-TFRI Eligibility Criteria 2026

1. Educational Qualification

  • Senior Project Fellow (SPF): 1st class M.Sc. in Forestry/Agriculture/Biotechnology.
  • Project Assistant (PA): 1st class B.Sc. in Forestry/Agriculture/Life Sciences.
  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 1st class M.Sc. in Marine Biology, Botany, Forestry, etc. Must have qualified CSIR-UGC NET, UGC-NET, GATE, or ACAR-NET.
  • Junior Project Fellow (JPF): 1st class M.Sc. in the relevant discipline (without NET requirement).
  • Field Assistant (FA): 1st class B.Sc. in Botany/Zoology/Environmental Science/Agriculture/Forestry.
