The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has invited applications for the post of Section Officer at its Regional Office in Chandigarh. This recruitment is strictly on a deputation basis on Foreign Service terms. Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Section Officer

• Essential:
  • Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR
  • Officers with three years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 7 (₹ 44,900 – 1,42,400); OR
  • Officers with five years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level-6 (₹ 35,400 - 1,12,400).
  • Alternatively, Officers from State Government/UT Government, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or Autonomous Organisation holding regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience.
  • Age Limit: Below 56 years as on the closing date of application.
• Experience: Experience in Administration, Legal, Establishment, Human Resource, Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Vigilance, Procurement, Planning and Policy, Project implementation and monitoring, or E-Governance is desirable.
• Desirable: Basic skills for working in a computerized office environment.
