Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Essential (All mandatory)

• Service Condition: Officers of Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis OR with 3 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level-7 (Rs. 44,900–1,42,400) OR 5 years regular service in Level-6 (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400). Officers from State Govt/PSU/Autonomous Bodies with corresponding grades and requisite experience are also eligible.
• Professional/Experience Qualification (Any one):
  • Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance); OR
  • Passed SAS / equivalent examination of organized Accounts Cadre (Central/State); OR
  • Successfully completed Cash & Accounts Training organised by ISTM; OR
  • At least 5 years experience in handling accounts related work.
• Minimum Government Service: 5 years completed regular service.
• Residual Service: Minimum 3 years as on closing date (23 Nov 2026).

Desirable

• Basic skills for working in a computerized office environment.

Note: Private candidates are not eligible as the post is filled exclusively on deputation basis.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection is purely on deputation basis among eligible officers whose services are spared by the parent organisation and forwarded through proper channel.
