1. Educational Qualification

• Essential: Engineering Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution of repute with a good academic record.
• Experience: Must have a proven track record of at least 24 years of completed Group 'A' / Executive Service in Railways, Railway PSUs, or Metro Rail Corporations.

4. Pay Scale Requirements

Candidates must have worked in the pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 (IDA) or SA grade Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200/- (Level 14, 7th CPC) with a minimum of 2 years service in this scale.
