Educational Qualification: The applicant should have a degree in Law from a recognized university in India with minimum six years of practicing experience at Bar/ have been a legal consultant to Government/Higher Education Institutions/ Government Agencies/ Regulatory Authorities etc. Or Retired Law officers/ judges with minimum six years of experience during active service.
