Applications are invited for the following Temporary Positions to work under ECH – Incubation Centre – RUSA2.0 1. Designation: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 2. No of Post: 01 3. Qualification: Master’s degree in Science/MBA with minimum of 3 years of project/research experience in a reputed research organization, in which 1 year of experience in Incubation/Startup activities is essential. 4. Salary (Consolidated Pay): Temporary basis with a consolidated pay of Rs.70,000/- per month. 1. Designation: Startup Consultant/ Project Manager 2. No of Post: 02 3. Qualification: Master’s degree in Science/MBA with minimum of 1 year of project/research experience in a reputed institution. 4. Salary (Consolidated Pay): Temporary basis with a consolidated pay of Rs.35,000/- per month. 1. Designation: Office Staff 2. No of Post: 01 3. Qualification: Any Degree with Computer Knowledge 4. Salary (Consolidated Pay): Temporary basis with a consolidated pay of Rs.15,000/- per month. 1. Designation: Office Assistant 2. No of Post: 01 3. Qualification: HSC (Plus Two) 4. Salary (Consolidated Pay): Temporary basis with a consolidated pay of Rs.10,000/- per month.

The University of Madras is a public state university in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Established in 1857, it is one of the oldest and among the most prominent universities in India, incorporated by an act of the Legislative Council of India under the British government.
In 1912 endowments were made to the University to establish departments of Indian History, Archaeology, Comparative Philology, and Indian Economics. In all, there were 17 University departments, 30 University teachers, 69 research scholars, and 127 University publications in that year and the budget was Rs.11 lakhs. Later, the research and teaching functions of the University were encouraged by the Sadler Commission and the gains of the University were consolidated by the enactment of the Madras University Act of 1923. At this time, the territorial ambit of Madras University encompassed Berhampur of Orissa and Hyderabad of Andhra Pradesh in the North, Trivandrum of Kerala in the South West, and Bangalore and Mangalore of Karnataka in the West.
