Educational Qualification:
Review Officer (RO)/ Samiksha Adhikari: Candidates must have a bachelors degree from a recognized University/ Board.
Typing speed is 4000 key depression per hour in Hindi and preference will be given to the candidates with the typing speed is 9000 key depression per hour in English.
Assistant Review Officer (ARO)/ Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari: Candidates must have any graduate degree from a recognized board or university. Typing speed is 4000 key depression per hour in Hindi and preference will be given to the candidates with the typing speed is 9000 key depression per hour in English. Candidates should have knowledge of Windows, Internet, MS Word, MS Excess, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Constitution and History
The state of Uttarakhand officially came into existence on November 9, 2000, following the Reorganisation of Uttar Pradesh Act, 2000. To facilitate the administrative needs of this new state, the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) was constituted by the Governor under the provisions of Article 315(1) of the Constitution of India. This establishment was formalized via Notification No. 247/1-Karmik-2001 dated March 14, 2001.
