Educational Qualification:
Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male):
1. Have successfully completed minimum 01 year Multi- Purpose Health Worker basic certificate course OR Diploma course obtained from an educational institution recognised as such by the government; OR
2. Have Passed minimum 01 year Sanitary Inspectors Diploma Course obtained from an educational institution recognised as such by the government; OR
3. Have Passed minimum 01 year certificate course of Health Sanitary Inspectors from Industrial Training Institute OR any other institute recognised as such by the government; OR
4. Have Passed Diploma of Sanitary Inspector OR Health Sanitary Inspector obtained from any of the Universities established OR Incorporated by OR Under the central OR a State Act in india; OR any other educational institutions recognised as such OR declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
5. Possess the basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; and
6. Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati OR Hindi OR both.
Female Health Worker:
1. Have passed Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.) Examination or equivalent examination.
2. Have passed Female Health Worker Basic Training Course recognized by Government.
3. Knowledge of Gujarati and/or Hindi.
