Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Public Health Worker (PHW)

  • Essential Qualification: 12th pass and Government recognized Sanitary Inspector Course pass; OR Government recognized Multi Purpose Health Worker (MPHW) Course pass.
  • Relaxation: Candidates who have previously worked in field duty in VMC Health Department: 10th pass and Government recognized Sanitary Inspector Course pass or Government recognized Multi Purpose Health Worker Course pass.
  • Additional Requirements: Computer Basic Course pass is mandatory.
  • Experience: Candidates with experience in health-related work will be given preference.
  • Desirable: Candidates who are residents of Vadodara city will be given preference.

Eligibility for Field Worker

  • Essential Qualification: Minimum 8th pass.
  • Skills: Should know how to ride a bicycle.
  • Experience: Preference to candidates with experience in health-related work.
  • Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates from Vadodara city.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 years.
  • Maximum Age: 45 years.
  • Relaxation: For candidates who have previously performed field duty in Vadodara Municipal Corporation Health Department: Maximum age up to 59 years.
  • Note: Candidates currently working in VMC Health Department field duty and having age more than 45 years can also fill the online form.
