Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Electrical Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech). Minimum 10 years of experience in the power sector. Experience in gas-fired combined-cycle or thermal power plants (100MW+) is an advantage.
• Instrumentation and Control Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in the power sector.
• Senior Labour Specialist: Master's degree in Labour Law or Social Science. Minimum 20 years of experience, including 5-10 years in labour management plans for large construction projects. Knowledge of ILO guidelines required.
• Full-Time Resident Expert: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project development/planning/management in the power sector. Ability to communicate in Bengali is an advantage.
• Commissioning Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in power-sector infrastructure projects.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Applications will be shortlisted based on qualifications, experience, age, and documents.
2. Screening: Relevant experience will be given weightage. Management reserves the right to restrict candidate numbers.
3. Communication: Shortlisted candidates will be informed via registered email or the WAPCOS website only.

TA/DA is not applicable for this process. The appointment is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
