• Empaneled block / district level trainers (BLTs / DLTs), Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, MBA graduates, or graduates who are conversant with the functioning of banks for micro-enterprise loans.
• Active women SHG members for the last 3 years in the same block from the date of issue of the notice.

Age Limit

• Candidate must be between 25 to 45 years of age as on 01 January 2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection of candidates for Block Level Mentor empanelment in Birbhum district follows a multi-stage screening process comprising a written test, a computer practical test, and a personal interview. The combined marks from all three stages will determine final empanelment.
