4. Essential:

i. Master's degree with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Wildlife Science / Zoology/ Forestry/ Environmental Science/ Biodiversity & Conservation with ≥1 year experienceafter Master’s in relevant field.

ii. Master's degree with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Wildlife Science /Environmental Science /Zoology / Fishery Science/ Life Science /Biodiversity & Conservation with ≥1 year experience after Master’sin relevant field.

iii. Master's degree with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Wildlife Science / Forestry /Environmental Science/Zoology / Life Science / Biodiversity & Conservation with ≥1 year experience after Master’s in relevant field.

5. Desirable:

i. Experience in research/ conservation/ rescue and rehabilitation of freshwater aquatic species.

ii. Experience of aquatic conservation, with reference to species specific river habitat assessment and restoration

iii. Experience in conducting social survey and stakeholder analysis; ability to work in harsh field conditions.

iv. Experience of analyzing policies related to water and other natural resources.

v. Experience of working on community mobilization, formation of shelf-help groupsand livelihood issues of local communities along the Ganga River.

vi. Experience of development and web based infographic management and public liaising. Proficiency in MS Office, Internet and Tally.

vii. Experience in developing awareness material, writing articles in Hindi and English languages.

6. Work Description:

i. Candidate will facilitate and communicate with target audience ensuring appropriate information dissemination for conservation

ii. Candidate will assist in preparing relevant sketches, drawing and paintings for publications

iii. Candidates will carry out field sampling for biodiversity profiling and assessing environmental parameters.

Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science with minimum of 60% aggregate marks and ≥1 year of experience in subjects related to wildlife science or Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Veterinary Science and ≥2 year of experience in relevant subjects.

5. Desirable: Experience of rescue and rehabilitation or veterinary practices or teaching and research.

5. Desirable: Experience of aquatic vegetation identification and survey, and aquatic habitat monitoring

6. Work Description: Candidate will carry out field sampling of aquatic vegetation for biodiversity profiling and assessing various environmental parameters.

5. Desirable: Experience in invertebrate/ entomological monitoring and research.

6. Work Description: Candidates will carry out field sampling for data collection, identification of aquatic insects and report writing.
