Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) Passed from a recognised board.
- Residence Requirement: Candidate must be a resident of the area of the respective Primary Forest Produce Cooperative Society applied for.
- Tendu Patta Collection Experience: Must belong to a tendu patta collector family that has collected a minimum of 500 standard bags of tendu leaves in each year for at least three years out of the preceding five years (2022-2026). Self-attested copy of tendu patta collection card required.
- Computer Knowledge: Mandatory. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Applications (DCA, PGDCA, BCA, Computer Science, IT, Modern Office Management or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as on 01-01-2027. Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) of Chhattisgarh; 10 years for female candidates as per Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Special Provisions for Appointment of Women) Rules 1997; additional relaxation for ex-servicemen and inter-caste marriage beneficiaries. Maximum age with all relaxations shall not exceed 45 years.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection is based on a merit list prepared out of a total of 125 marks based on candidate qualifications. No written examination or interview will be conducted.
- 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination: Percentage of total obtained marks converted to maximum 100 marks (e.g., 75.5% = 75.5 marks).
- Graduation Examination: 1/5th of the percentage of marks obtained in graduation (Maximum 20 marks; e.g., 70% = 14 marks).
- Computer Application Certificate: Maximum 5 marks. 1-year DCA/PGDCA/BCA/Computer Science/IT/Modern Office Management diploma or equivalent gets 3 marks; higher degrees in computer subjects get 5 marks.

Post-Selection Requirements: Selected candidates must undergo police verification, a medical fitness check-up by a district medical board, and furnish a security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees only) in cash or National Savings Certificate before appointment.
