Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
1. Program Officer
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health, or Community Resource Management from a recognized university.
- Alternatively, graduates in the specified fields with 2 years of experience in project formulation, implementation, monitoring or supervision.
- Computer proficiency required. Preference for candidates with experience in Women and Child Development or Social Welfare.
2. Accountant
- Graduate degree in Commerce or Mathematics from a recognized university.
- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
- Computer skills and knowledge of Tally accounting software.
3. Assistant cum Data Entry Operator (3 vacancies)
- Passed Class 12 from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- Diploma or Certificate in Computers.
- At least 1 year of experience with a Government or Non-Government organization.
4. Account Assistant
- Passed Class 12 in the Commerce stream with Accounts group from a recognized Board.
- Diploma or Certificate in Computers.
- At least 1 year of experience with a Government or Non-Government organization.
5. Program Assistant (SARA)
- Any degree under the 10+2+3 education pattern.
- Basic computer knowledge including data entry; fluency in English and Tamil.
6. IT Supervisor (WCD Control Room / Child Helpline)
- Graduate with at least a Diploma in Computers, IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data management, process documentation, web-based reporting, or video conferencing at State/District level with Government, NGO, or IT-based organizations.
