• Part A (Reasoning & General Awareness): 90 Marks (Reasoning & data interpretation: 30; quantitative aptitude: 30; Constitution, current affairs, Gujarati and English comprehension: 30).
• Part B (Civil Engineering Technical Subjects): 120 Marks (Irrigation, water resource management, surveying, soil mechanics, concrete technology, estimation/costing, hydrology, hydraulics, structural mechanics, RCC design, construction materials).
• Duration & Negative Marking: Total duration is 3 hours. There is a negative marking of one-fourth (1/4th) of the marks assigned to a question for each incorrect answer.
• Qualifying Marks: Candidates must secure at least 40% separately in Part A and Part B. The minimum qualifying standard cannot fall below 40% for any category.
• Merit List & Verification: A merit list will be prepared based on examination scores, followed by physical document verification.
• Travel Allowance (TA/DA): No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the examination.
