Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Education: Engineering Graduate / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA / PGDIM from leading institute / Post Graduate / Graduate.
- Experience: 5 years in Finance/Business Dev/Production/Ops/Marketing/Project Mgmt/R&D during last 10 years OR 5 years in HR/IR with 3 years in core areas. Electronics/Opto-Electronics background preferred.
- Employment Status: Must be in regular capacity (not contractual) in CPSE/Central Govt/Armed Forces/State PSE/PSU banks. Turnover of entity >= Rs. 750 Crores.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection is through the Search-cum-Selection Committee procedure as approved by the ACC. The committee may shortlist applicants. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
