Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

1. Deputy Registrar (Pay Level-12)

  • Officers serving under Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, Tribunals, or statutory organisations
  • Possessing a Degree in Law from a recognised University
  • Eligibility: Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR post in Level-11 (7th CPC) with 5 years regular service in the grade
  • Experience: Administrative, establishment, or court matters
  • Maximum deputation period: ordinarily 4 years

2. Programmer (Pay Level-9)

  • Officers serving under Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, Tribunals, or statutory organisations
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or MCA or equivalent degree from a recognised institute
  • Eligibility: Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR Level-8 with 2 years regular service; OR Level-7 with 3 years regular service
  • Maximum deputation period: ordinarily 3 years

3. Administrative Officer (Pay Level-8)

  • Officers serving under Central/State Governments, Courts, or Tribunals
  • Preferred: Degree in Law from a recognised University
  • Eligibility: Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR Level-7 with 2 years regular service; OR Level-6 with 6 years regular service
  • Experience: Administrative, establishment, or court matters
  • Maximum deputation period: ordinarily 5 years

4. Cashier (Pay Level-4)

  • Officials serving under Central/State Governments, Courts, Tribunals, or statutory organisations
  • Eligibility: Holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR Level-3 with 5 years regular service and cash & accounts training; OR Level-2 with 8 years regular service and cash & accounts training
  • Maximum deputation period: ordinarily 3 years

5. Staff Car Driver (Pay Level-2)

  • Eligibility: Regular Despatch Rider or Multi-Tasking Staff at Level-1 in Central/State Governments, UT administrations, Courts, or Tribunals
  • Essential: Pass in 10th standard from a recognised institution
  • Essential: Valid driving licence for motor cars
  • Essential: Knowledge of motor mechanism and capability to remove minor defects
  • Essential: Minimum 3 years experience of driving a motor car
  • Desirable: Three years' service as Home Guard or Civil Volunteer

Common Deputation Conditions

  • Maximum age limit for all posts: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications
  • Departmental officers in the feeder grade in direct line of promotion are not eligible
  • Deputationists are not eligible for appointment by promotion
  • Deputation period including any preceding ex-cadre deputation shall ordinarily not exceed the period specified for each post (3 to 5 years)

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for these deputation posts will be based on scrutinization and evaluation of applications received from eligible officers through proper channel. No written examination or interview has been prescribed in the vacancy circular. Applications that are incomplete or received without any of the necessary documents (Employer's Certificate, Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate, APARs/ACRs for last 5 years, penalty details) will be summarily rejected.

No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.

NCLAT reserves the right not to fill up any or all of the above posts without assigning any reason.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Application form in the prescribed proforma as per Annexure-II
  • Certificate by the Employer (signed endorsement at the end of Annexure-II)
  • Vigilance Clearance Certificate and Integrity Certificate from parent organisation
  • Details of minor/major penalties imposed during the last ten years, including records of suspension (to be furnished even if suspension was revoked)
  • Attested photocopies of APARs/ACRs for the last five years
  • All supporting educational qualification and experience documents

No. These posts are on a deputation basis, which is a temporary posting. The initial period of deputation is one year, which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance. Pay, allowances, and leave are regulated as per Central Government rules of the corresponding pay scale. PF, Group Insurance, pension, and retirement benefits continue to be governed by the rules applicable to the officer in their parent Ministry/Department/Organisation.
