Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Graduate Apprentice in Civil: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Graduate Apprentice in Mechanical: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Graduate Apprentice in Electrical: Graduate in Electrical Engineering
- Graduate Apprentice in B.A: B.A degree
- Graduate Apprentice in B.Com: B.Com degree
- Diploma Apprentice in Computer Science: Diploma in Computer Science

Qualifications must be recognized by the Board of Technical Education or University. Candidates who passed the qualifying exam in 2024, 2025, and 2026 are eligible to apply.
Who Cannot Apply: Candidates appearing in or awaiting the result of the qualifying exam; candidates without mark sheets and degree/diploma certificate (provisional or final); candidates previously engaged as apprentice, or currently undergoing apprenticeship training at NMPA or elsewhere.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be made on the basis of academic merit (marks obtained in the qualifying examination) as per the prevailing apprenticeship rules. Shortlisted candidates may be called for document verification. No TA/DA will be paid for attending any stage of the selection process.
Apprenticeship is for a period of one year only. NMPA gives no commitment of permanent or temporary employment after the completion of the apprenticeship training.
