Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (in First Class) with a pass in the final examination of CA / ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India respectively.
• Experience: 16 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts and Finance. At least 2 years must be in the immediate lower grade/scale of IDA: 70,000 - 3% - 2,00,000, or equivalent in private sector (Rs. 15 lacs p.a. CTC). Experience preferably in PSU, aerospace/Joint ventures of PSEs/Central Govt/State Govt/Private Sector. Proficiency in ERP-based accounting systems and financial software required.
• Age Limit: 48 years as on 25 November 2026. Relaxations apply as per Govt. of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/J&K domicile.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Selection will be through a written test and/or interview, on a schedule to be announced by NSIL. Screening and selection are based on the details given in the application form. The final selection is made in order of merit, based on performance in the written test and/or interview.

• Meeting minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee an interview call.
• Travelling expenses/allowance for attending the written test and/or interview will be paid as per Company norms.
