Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Associate (Commercial System) / Sr. Associate (Commercial System): Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with MBA/PGDM from a recognized university. Minimum 5-10 years (FT-M3) or above 10 years (FT-M4) post-qualification experience in commercial/procurement/sales/supply chain with at least 3 years in public procurement via government e-procurement portals.
- Associate (Mechanical): Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university. Minimum 5-10 years post-qualification experience in manufacturing industries. Desirable: Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process includes Personal Interview, Group Discussion, and Written Test. If the number of candidates exceeds 30, a screening written test may be conducted. No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates for attending the selection process.
