Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Laboratory Technician:
  • Essential: B.Sc./Intermediate with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or High School with 5 years of Lab Experience.
  • Desirable: 5 years experience in Microbiology, knowledge of computer applications, training in virology or molecular techniques.
• Multi-tasking Staff:
  • Essential: High School/Matric/Equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Desirable: Previous work experience in molecular lab setup, basic knowledge of computers.

Age Limit: Up to 35 years for both posts. The cut-off date for age calculation is 30 November 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10-15 years).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Screening of Applications: A screening committee will verify applications.
2. Written Test: Objective (MCQ) based written test.
3. Interview: Top candidates (up to 6 per post) called for interview. Final merit is based on 80% weightage of the written test and 20% of the interview.

Reporting: 10 December 2026 at 9:00 AM at Research Cell, Academic Block, 3rd Floor, AIIMS Rajkot. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

• Date of Birth Proof (Matriculation Certificate).
• Educational Qualification Certificates and Mark Sheets (10th, 12th, Graduate, DMLT, etc.).
• Experience Certificates (if applicable).
• Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, etc.).
• Caste/Category Certificate (if claiming relaxation).
• NOC from current employer (if applicable).
• Application Procedure: Fill the form from the notification and submit scanned copies via the Google Form link by 30 November 2026, 5 PM.
