Eligibility Criteria for F.L.C. Counselor
Essential Qualification
- Graduate from a UGC-recognized university.
- Computer literate – MS Office, Internet, basic knowledge of local language.
- Ability to communicate effectively in local language.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer or employee is mandatory.
- Preference to retired/VRS officers from nationalized banks (SBI/RRBs) who held a Scale Officer position.
- Other government/semi-government employees (e.g., teachers) with banking knowledge and relevant IIBF certifications may also apply.
- Must have retired with an unblemished service record.
