- Assistant Engineer: Four-year Engineering Degree / AMIE / PTDC in the relevant discipline.
- Junior Engineer: Three-year Engineering Diploma or prescribed Engineering Degree in the relevant discipline.

- Accounts Officer / Assistant Manager (F&A): CA or CMA / ICWA.
- Medical Officer: MBBS with Medical Council registration.
- Shift Chemist: Regular M.Sc. Chemistry with minimum Second Division.
- Fire Officer: Bachelor's Degree in Fire Engineering.
- Security Officer: Graduation with prescribed three-year service experience.
- Sub Fire Officer: Graduation with Chemistry and prescribed fire service course.
- Security Inspector / Security Sub Inspector: Graduation with prescribed three-year relevant service experience.
- Assistant Law Officer: LLB with minimum Second Division and Bar Council registration.

CBT Exam Pattern 2026
The online CBT consists of 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks in two hours. Negative marking is 0.25 marks per incorrect answer. Minimum qualifying marks are 40% for UR/OBC and 30% for SC/ST. The question paper is available in English and Hindi.
