Educational Qualification: DNB, MS/MD, M.Ch
Applications are invited for the posts of Senior Residents (SR) and Tutors in different disciplines of AHPGIC, Cuttack as per the following terms and conditions. The engage ment shall be purely temporary for a period of one year. The posts are non-practicing.

3. Remuneration: The in-service candidates will be entitled to draw their usual salary and the direct candidates will be paid consolidated amount of Rs. 65, 000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand only) per month for SR/ Tutors. Any additional incentive declared by the Government of Odisha for these posts shall also be applicable.
4. Eligibility and Qualifications for Senior Residents/ Tutor:
a. For the post of Senior Residents (non academic) in Clinical Departments (Speciality/ Super speciality)/ Tutor the candidate must possess MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCH or any Equivalent Degree in concerned discipline applied for or as prescribed by OMES Rules/ Medical Council of India/ NMC in "Minimum Qualifications for Teachers in Medical Institutions Regulations, 1998" notified or amended from time to time in force. In case of non availability of DM M.Ch candidates, the MD and MS in respective discipline as per NMC/ MCI can be considered.
b. All Qualifications as on the last date of application shall be considered.
C. Other eligibility conditions: The candidate must be a citizen of India. The candidate must not be continuing or have completed the tenure as Senior Resident/Tutor in any MCI/ NMC permitted /approved / recognized Institute.
5. Tentative Programme: The programme shall be notified in the website "www.ahrc.in" / Notice Board of AHPGIC, Cuttack.

Selection Procedure
1. The timeline of selection process has been detailed in 1st. page notification. After receipt of application a provisional merit list shall be prepared department wise and published at the notice board and website as per the prescribed date and time schedule. Any candidate can put- forth their objection to the provisional merit list, (if any).Thereafter Eligible candidates shall appear personally before the Director,AHPGIC in the Counselling Centre at the date fixed for counselling.
2. They must bring all original documents for verification. At the time of document verification/counselling, no authorisation will be entertained. After successful verification of the documents A final merit list shall be prepared and notified which will remain valid for a period of one year or till subsequent advertisement whichever is earlier. Any other information shall be notified by the Director in the websitewww.ahrcc.in/Notice Board.
a. Allotment shall be made on the basis of merit and choice. Engagement letter shall be issued in favour of allotted candidates and shall be uploaded in the website of AHPGIc, Cuttack.
b. Selection will be strictly on the basis of merit list prepared on basis of career marks. Weightage for different examinations shal be as under HSC/Matriculation- 20% of total percentage of marks secured. Intermediate Science- 20% of total percentage of marks secured. MBBS examination- 60% of total percentage of marks secured. One mark will be deducted from the total Career Mark for each extra attempt taken to pass the examinations.
C. In case of tie it will be resolved as follows: "The candidate securing more mark in MBBS shall be placed in higher rank. In case of further tie the elderly candidates shal be placed higher in rank to the younger."
d. The Selection Authority at their discretion may short-list the merit list to a reasonable number as per available vacancy.
e. In case the candidate appointed to a post, fails to join in time, then the next candidate in the panel for the subject may be given a chance.
How to Apply:
1. Candidates are required to apply by Speed post/ Registered post only in the prescribed form which can be downloaded from the AHPGIC, Cuttack website i.e www.ahrcc.in along with other particulars/documents. The duly flled application along with relevant documents should reach The office of the Director, Acharya Harihar Post Graduate Institute of Cancer, Medical College post office, Cuttack-753007 on or before 1-1-2022 till 5 P.M. Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
2. Application received incomplete in any respect and after the stipulated period are liable to be summarily rejected. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
3. Documents To Be Attached With Orginalapplication Form:
a. One passport size recent colour photograph signed by the candidate at front to be pasted on the application form.
b. H.S.C./ Equivalent Certificate in support of age;
c. +2/ Equivalent Examination Certificate;
d. MBBS/MD/MS/DNB/DM/M.Ch Pass Certificate;
e. Mark sheets in support of all the aforesaid examinations (i.e. from H.S.C. onwards) passed including fail marks.
f. Chance Certificate of MBBSs/MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCH is mandatory.
g. Internship completion certificate.
i. Certificate of Medical Registration. (Both up to date UG & PG, DM/MCH);
i.Certificate from competent authority in support of Reservation;
j.NOC from the employer/ competent authority in case of In-service candidate.
k. Valid Photo ID issued by the Govt. authorities i.
l. Passport / PAN Card/ Voter -card AADHAR card.
