Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification

  • Ph.D. Route: Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related discipline. One year of experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based data analytics is desirable.
  • M.Sc./M.Tech Route: M.Sc. or M.Tech in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related discipline. Candidates at this level are eligible at a lower pay grade (Rs. 56,100 per month).
  • Programming Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python is mandatory.
  • Genome Sequencing: Hands-on proficiency with human genome sequencing data.
  • Desirable Experience: Prior experience in Cancer Bioinformatics is preferred but not mandatory.

Selection Process and Screening Clause
