Applications are invited for filling up of following posts under the Medical College Level Viral Research and Diagnostic Laboratory (VRDL), Department of Microbiology, AIIMS, Bibinagar, Telangana, for a period of one year purely on contractual basis as per below mentioned details: Medical College Level -VRDL, Department of Microbiology, AIIMS, Bibinagar vacancy details: Admin/Medical College-VRDL/AIIMS.BBN/Contract/2022/003 1. Code of Post: VRDL/03 2. Designation: Research Assistant 3. No. of Post: 01 4. Consolidated Fixed Salary (per month): Rs.30,000/- 5. Nature of Employment: Contractual 6. Duration of Employment: One Year (12 Months) extendable to three years, depending on the candidate’s performance and budget grant from the funding agency. 7. Job Location: Medical College Level -VRDL, Department of Microbiology, AIIMS, Bibinagar 8. Essential Qualifications: MSc (Medical or General Microbiology /Virology /Genetics/Molecular biology) from recognised University/Institute with experience 9. Desirable Qualifications: Preference will be given to those having experience in ICMR /DHR /CSIR /DBT projects/any other equivalent project in medical colleges/institutes. Knowledge of Computer Applications or Data Management

Selection Procedure
1. The applications received will be scrutinized by the selection committee. Recruitments will be made through Interview and a written test will be conducted if the eligible candidates are more than 50 per post. Selection is based purely on merit basis.
2. The list of candidates found eligible will be displayed on college website. The candidates are advised to check the college website http://aiimsbibinagar.edu.in forthe date, time and venue for the interview or written test. No separate communication will be sent to the candidates.
3. Recruited candidates will be notified through email.
4. Date, time & Venue of Walk in Interview: This will be communicated through AIIMS Bibinagar website
How to Apply:
1. Candidates have to download the application form from the AIIMS Bibinagar website and submit the samewith self -attested Xerox copy of the certificates. The duly filled application form along with certified copies of relevant documents should be sent either through speed post/ registered post/ email attached to , Dr. Rahul Narang, PI, Medical College Level, VRDL, Department of Microbiology, AIIMS, Bibinagar,Telangana, Pin Code 508126 on or before 15th April 2022 by 05:00PM.
2. The application envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the contractual post of Research Assistant in Medical College Level VRDL, AIIMS, Bibinagar.”
3. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to track the application and the VRDL is not responsible for any postal delay.
4. The candidate needs to submit the application as per the format. No change in serial no. order and the heading of column to be made. Annexures may be added as separate sheets, if required.
5. The application in the said format is to be properly typed and signed.
6. Two recent self- signed passport sized color photographs are to be attached with stapled/pinned on first page of the Proforma format.
7. One set of self- attested xerox copy of all relevant certificates, first page of all scientific publication (Only PUBMED indexed) and experiences if any must be attached with the application form.

AIIMS, Bibinagar is one of the apex healthcare institutes being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the PMSSY. To facilitate the creation of very important institutions in the country, the Government of India has legislated AIIMS Act under which AIIMS are established. In terms of the provisions of the Act, these new AIIMS are called Institutes of National Importance and are to function as Autonomous Institutions under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
AIIMS, Bibinagar Hyderabad Metropolitan Region (HMR) (Telangana )was denoted as "Phase-VII" of PMSSY. It makes its beginning in 2019. The institute is located on a 200-acre area on Hyderabad- Warangal Highway (NH-163), Yadadri Bhuvanagiri (District). The first batch of MBBS comprising 50 students was started on 27.08.2019.
